Wells Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our location at 2920 S. Main St., Maryville, MO. This person will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts (business and personal)
  • Sell and cross sale bank products and services
  • Assist customers with transactions as a teller
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Document and update customer records
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Basic Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Computer skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Critical thinking/problem solving
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday and Saturday rotation

The William C. Wells family started the Wells Banking Company in 1887, and it was later chartered into Wells Bank of Platte City. Wells Bank now has five locations in the Platte City and Northwest Missouri area. Over the years we have always prided ourselves on being locally owned and managed.
